At Blenkett Wood Lodge Park we sell you a lease for 99 years and the plot is registered in your name at the land registry much the same as buying a house; we can build you a lodge from one of our recommended suppliers.
Our lodge manufacturing business the South Lakeland Builders Ltd, build bespoke lodges. Imagine starting off with a blank canvas, we will help you to sketch out the lodge of your dreams; we then pass this design onto a structural engineer who will check your design and make any helpful changes. Your lodge comes with a slate roof, 4” inches of solid insulation in the floor, walls and roof, double or triple glazing in a choice of colours.
Expensive heating bills will be a thing of the past.
After site preparation your new lodge will take approximately 12 weeks to complete. Log burners are optional, but a lovely extra.
We can provide plenty of helpful floor plans to assist you in designing your own lodge.
If you choose a factory built bespoke lodge, we like to recommend certain manufacturers but you are free to source your lodge from any supplier you like, we will secure you a full trade discount usually around 20% off list price.
