With a resident site warden on call 24/7 any problems or issues are quickly resolved so you can simply enjoy your beautiful holiday home. Blenkett Wood Lodge Park has rapidly evolved into an adult only park with most residents downsizing and releasing equity from larger homes. The site at the foot of spectacular ancient woodland rich in wildlife and fauna, the owners are legally contracted to develop no more than 21 lodges so the park will never develop into anything other than its amended size. The lease, which is 99 years, only permits ground rent to increase by RPI so retired residents need not fear unfair increases in site fees, particularly important when on a fixed income. No commercial letting is permitted although friends and families are always welcome. The site benefits from its own water supply, mains sewerages, piped gas and electricity. The site is open for a full 52 weeks with no closure time or periods when the site has to be vacated.
